Sweaters, hats and mittens are being stored while rain boots are coming out of the closet as the weather warms up. The birds are chirping heartily outside and the crocuses have begun to bloom. These signs of spring mean that we are all leaving the comforts of our homes to go outdoors, take a long walk, ride a bike and breathe in fresh air after the long winter months.
